Christophe Claret showcases its creations at the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition (Qatar)
For the second year running, Christophe Claret is taking part, alongside its partner Al Majed, in the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition held in Qatar from February 22nd to 27th. Two new models specially created for the Middle East were in the spotlight: first, Layla : two years after introducing its first ladies’ watch, Margot, the watchmaker from the Le Locle offers a new variation of the age-old “plucking the daisy” game (he loves me? he loves me not?) with a middle-eastern twist, issued in a 20-piece limited edition; and second, Mecca: officially launched in the Carré des Horlogers at the SIHH, this model features a center depicting the Kaaba, the monument symbolizing the Muslim faith and highlighted by means of a mirascope (a kind of hologram).
